Handicap rule

Handicap rule is only for brackets A-E, the players that shoot 90 or better.
This is how it works:
The handicapped system is based off of a score of 72. If a player has an average of 72 then they get no handicap. But a player that has an average of 80 gets 8 strokes taken off their score (80-72= 8). This will put them on an even playing field with that player. If a player shoots a 90 then they get 18 strokes taken off their score (90-72=18). These strokes will be taken off from random holes. If they have eight an 8 handicap then 8 random holes will have 1 stroke taken off. So if they shoot a 6 on one hole, now it is a 5.
