   Below is a list of the forms and paypal buttons. Just select the appropriate form and fill out the form completely. Then select the appropriate paypal button and pay the fee. Do not forget to put which course you are playing in the item ID box and also specify what type of league.
     If you do not have internet or can't access it then you may call your Division rep or the Division Mgr to let him know your information as well.

     You must pay your fee before you play your league round or play in a tournament otherwise it will not count. You must fill out the form every time you play a league round or in a tournament.

ANYONE WHO SIGNS UP FOR ANY LEAGUE WITHIN 90 DAYS OF THEIR DIVISION START DATE WILL BE ENTERED IN A DRAWING FOR A $100 GIFT CARD!!!

ANYONE WHO GETS A PLAYER TO PARTICIPATE IN A LOTTERY SHOOTOUT WILL RECEIVE $1 PER PLAYER. PAID MONTHLY.
