scorecards and scores

Either before you play your round or after your round is played that day, make sure you get the scorecard signed and dated from the pro shop.   This must be in pen!!

   .
You must either send an email (listing your name, what league and Division you are in, date, time and course played) to your Division rep, a round form or call your Divison Rep or your Division Manager each time you play your round that you want to count for the league. This must be done prior to your round being played or it will not count.

.   When you are done playing each round please email your scores to your Division rep within 2 days after your round or your round will not count. You can just send an email with your name, league you are in, Division, course played, date and time, and the scores for each hole and your total score.   Or you can scan your card and email it.

.   Every player must keep their receipts that shows that they paid for each round and has the time and date on it.   And do not forget to get the person at the register for that day to sign your scorecard.

.   Keep track of all your scorecards and receipts till you have finished all your rounds. When you are finished put them in an envelope and send them to your Division rep. All rounds must be completed before the end of the Division year and all scorecards must be turned in within two weeks after.   Their info will be listed on the Division info and activity page in the box for the Division courses.

Once you turn in all your scorecards with the receipts they will be verified by your Division rep and matched up with the emails you sent in saying you are playing that day. More details explained in league rules.
